ARTICLE 2 – SUBJECT
this Agreement is to determine the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and delivery of the product(s) that the CUSTOMER has ordered electronically from the website www.heiluna.com.tr, as specified in Article 3 with its code, name, quantity, and sales price on the invoice, in accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Sales Regulation published in the Official Gazette on November 27, 2014.

ARTICLE 3 – TERMS REGARDING THE PRODUCT, PAYMENT, AND DELIVERY
3.1 PRODUCTS

3.3 LATE PAYMENT INTEREST

ARTICLE 4 – GENERAL PROVISIONS
4.1 The BUYER acknowledges that they have read and fully understood the preliminary information regarding the main features of the product subject to the contract, the total sales price including all taxes, payment methods, and delivery, as well as the SELLER’s full commercial title, address, and contact details, as provided on the website www.heiluna.com.tr, and has given the necessary confirmation electronically.

4.2 The product or service subject to this contract shall be delivered to the BUYER or the person/entity at the address designated by the BUYER within the period specified on the website, depending on the BUYER’s location, without exceeding the legal period of 30 days. All shipping costs related to the delivery will be borne by the BUYER.

4.3 If the product is to be delivered to a third person/entity other than the BUYER, the SELLER cannot be held responsible if the recipient refuses to accept the delivery.

4.4 The SELLER shall not be held responsible if the ordered product cannot be delivered to the BUYER due to any issues encountered by the shipping company during the delivery process. In cases where the BUYER is not present at the delivery address, the SELLER shall be considered to have fulfilled its obligation completely. The BUYER shall bear any losses resulting from delayed receipt of the product, as well as any costs incurred due to the product waiting at the shipping company or being returned to the SELLER.

4.5 If the BUYER makes the payment for the product(s) with a credit card, all legal risks, including unauthorized or unlawful use of the credit card by third parties, shall be borne by the BUYER. In such cases, the BUYER agrees not to hold the SELLER liable for any damages.
